The Little Prince, a character from Antoine de Saint-Exupery's tale, stated: 'It's a question of discipline. When you've finished washing and dressing each morning, you must tend your planet.'

The author imbued the literature piece of art with profound meanings, and this statement from the protagonist is no exception; it serves as a metaphor prompting us to consider what actions we take to assist nature or at least preserve it for future generations.

The UN has outlined 17 goals for sustainable development, including 'clean water and sanitation,' 'life below water,' 'life on land.' These SDG aspects are crucial in making investment decisions. The green agenda is not only incorporated into corporate development but is also executed at the governmental level, via national and federal initiatives.

In the Far East, particularly on Russky Island, numerous new investment projects in tourism, leisure, sports, education, housing and other sectors are slated for the near future. These will significantly transform the landscape and impact the ecology.
